Maya’s practice covers complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Maya served as senior counsel at a national litigation organization in Washington, D.C., where she handled complex federal cases involving constitutional and statutory claims, from inception through appeal. Prior to that, Maya practiced at a New York-based litigation boutique, focusing on complex commercial litigation and criminal defense. Maya also clerked for the Honorable Pamela K. Chen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Maya attended Harvard Law School, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review.
