Max focuses his practice on civil litigation in New York and federal courts.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York and a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Victor J. Wolski of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
He attended Yale Law School, where he was Co-President of Tax@YLS and a member of the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization. During law school, he was also an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
Prior to attending law school, he was an intern at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
In his spare time, Max enjoys running and hiking.
