Brian Murphy is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. He regularly advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial leasing transactions, lease disputes, and general real estate management. 

Brian's leasing experience spans a variety of property types and businesses, including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, office spaces, medical offices, clothing retailers, pop-up shops, and galleries. 

Brian’s practice also includes advising clients on administrative law issues that may arise in connection with various government agencies, such as the New York City Department of Buildings, the New York City Department of Health, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was an associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, where he focused on real estate transactions and litigation.
