Ryan A. Madden’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and before arbitral tribunals.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Ryan was an associate at a top global law firm and a New York litigation firm. Ryan has had a broad-based litigation practice encompassing complex civil litigation, arbitration, securities litigation, bankruptcy litigation, government investigations, antitrust, and intellectual property litigation.
Ryan is passionate about LGBTQ legal advocacy and has spent years representing clients pro bono in matters ranging from suits alleging discrimination in the workplace to adoptions for LGBTQ couples.
Prior to entering private practice, Ryan clerked for the Honorable R. Guy Cole, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Ryan earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Cornell Law School, where he was recognized as a Myron C. Taylor Scholar and was awarded the Frederic H. Weisberg Prize for Constitutional Law. Ryan also served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Cornell Law Review.
