Cariana’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She represents a broad range of clients, from global corporations to individual executives, in high-stakes business disputes. Her experience includes litigating matters involving breach of contract, trade secret disputes, civil conspiracy, RICO claims, and other complex commercial disputes.
Prior to her current role, Cariana represented clients through all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing for depositions and trial, and handling appellate matters.
Cariana attended Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
Cariana is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
