Stuart M. Riback, a partner in Wilk Auslander LLP, recently was appointed by the President of the American Bar Association to a three-year term on the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism. The Standing Committee on Professionalism’s mission is “to encourage, recommend and provide assistance to ABA entities in the development and coordination of professionalism initiatives; and to encourage and provide assistance to state and local bar associations, the judiciary, the law schools, and the legal community.” Stuart was nominated and recommended by numerous leaders in the ABA Business Law Section, where he has been active for over twenty years and in which he served three years as Chair of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee.
