For the past two years, Super Lawyers has named Robert a Rising Star in Business Litigation. He attended Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, focusing his studies on corporate and securities law. Robert was recognized for his academic achievements during law school by the Association of Corporate Counsel, which awarded him its annual Business Law Scholarship. In addition to his studies, Robert served as Articles Editor for the Michigan State University Law Review and clerked for the Michigan Attorney General, Corporate Oversight Division.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Robert gained significant experience at a boutique commercial litigation firm, representing companies ranging from single-member LLCs to Fortune 500 manufacturers in a broad range of commercial and real estate-related matters, including contract and warranty disputes, business torts, and shareholder oppression actions.
Robert earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University, where he was a four-year scholar-athlete as a member of the varsity football team. Today, Robert is an avid runner and enjoys following Michigan State athletics.
