Partner Scott Watnik is quoted in the February 1, 2026 edition of the New York Post regarding Estate of Nix v. United States, in which Wilk Auslander represents the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit in concerning a Fifth Amendment takings claim concerning the original “Nix Film”.    The Nix Film is the only known film to capture the grassy knoll area at the moment the JFK assassination occurred.
