(January 4, 2021 - New York, New York) - Wilk Auslander, a prominent Manhattan Commercial Law Firm, will move offices on January 11th to One Worldwide Plaza, a mixed commercial and residential real estate complex located a short distance from Rockefeller Center and other midtown landmarks. With the move, Wilk Auslander will maintain their presence in the Columbus Circle-Hell's Kitchen area.
Wilk Auslander’s new office will occupy part of the building’s 29th floor and has approximately 24,396 square feet of space. The new lease expires on January 31, 2032.
