Tayah Woodard is an associate of Wilk Auslander’s litigation team, with a practice focused on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, domestic and cross-border judgment enforcement, and regulatory investigations.

Tayah received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While there, she was a member of the moot court team, winning first place and best brief at the 39th Annual J. Braxton Craven National Moot Court Competition. Tayah’s contributions to the advocacy program resulted in her receipt of the Kerry Harike Joedecke Award for Outstanding Moot Court Board Member. She also served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and as Notes Editor of the University of Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law.

Before joining Wilk Auslander, Tayah clerked for the Honorable Tilman E. “Tripp” Self, III, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. She also gained valuable experience as a complex commercial litigation associate at an international AmLaw 100 firm where she represented large companies in business litigation matters ranging from breach of contract and business tort disputes to defamation and trademark infringement actions.

Tayah is admitted to practice in Georgia and is awaiting admission to the New York Bar.
