Michael Van Riper practices in the firm’s commercial litigation group, specializing in cross-border judgment enforcement, securities litigation, and regulatory matters before FINRA and the SEC. He principally represents clients in the securities and investment banking industries in courts across New York and New Jersey and in alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Michael was a financial services litigation associate at McGuireWoods LLP.  Michael also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie, the former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  He is also a proud veteran of the United States Army infantry.
