He principally represents clients in the securities and investment banking industries in courts across New York and New Jersey and in alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Michael was a financial services litigation associate at McGuireWoods LLP. Michael also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie, the former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Army infantry.
