Josh Fenster is an Associate in Wilk Auslander’s Real Estate Department, where his practice focuses on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of various asset classes including multi-family, mixed-use, affordable housing, hospitality, and industrial properties across multiple jurisdictions. He also has experience in general matters of corporate law and residential real estate transactions throughout the New York City area.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander LLP, Josh worked as an associate attorney at a New York City real estate law firm and at a real estate private equity firm under their general counsel providing him with the business knowledge to meet client’s business objectives. Josh graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018 where he was involved in the New York Real Estate Law Reporter and Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal. Josh received his B.A. from Syracuse University where he graduated cum laude. Josh is admitted to practice in New York.
