Kate's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, with experience spanning financial services, tort, real estate, energy and construction, insurance, and other commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Kate was an associate at a litigation boutique and Am Law 100 firms, where she represented U.S. and international clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters. She served as a core member of a trial team during a four-week federal bench trial that resulted in a judgment of more than $170 million. In 2025 and 2026, Kate was selected to New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

Kate received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Women's Law Association. She maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the Young Professionals Board of the enCourage Kids Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving hospital experiences for children and their families.
