Jake Goldstein is a litigation associate at Wilk Auslander LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial, securities and real estate related litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in both state and federal court.

Jake graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of law (Pace Law School), where he was a member of and submissions editor for the Pace International Law Review. Additionally, he was a member of numerous mock trial and arbitration teams. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University at Albany.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Jake practiced commercial litigation focusing primarily on class action defense of large corporations.
