Jackson Brake’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities litigation and judgment enforcement in state and federal courts throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Jackson served as a federal law clerk in the district court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the bankruptcy court for the Northern District of New York.
Jackson attended New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. During law school, Jackson also worked as an extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
In his spare time, Jackson enjoys hiking and scuba diving.
