Litigation News, the publication of the ABA Section of Litigation, published "Court Expands Use of U.S. Discovery for Foreign Proceedings," focusing on litigants' enhanced resource to obtain discovery for foreign litigation.  According to Wilk Auslander's Stuart Riback, who is co-chair of the International Litigation Subcommittee of the ABA Litigation Section's Commercial & Business Litigation Committee, "You need a lot of coordination with counsel where the case is pending because they have a better sense of what they need for the foreign case and can advise on how the evidence could be used."  To read the article, click here.
