Stuart Riback will be chairing and moderating a program, "Strategizing Your Case in Arbitration Versus Litigation," at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting 2018, in Orlando, on April 12.
Arbitration and litigation are not merely different places to present a case. Each forum presents its own set of strategic decisions. Even presenting the facts of a case raises different issues in each forum. This program will go through the decision process in each forum and explore how the nature of the forum affects how a case is presented.
Appearing on Stuart's panel will be Retired California Superior Court Judge Gail Andler; Mian Wang of Greenberg Traurig in Boston; and Peter Valori of Damian & Valori in Miami.
