Wilk Auslander recently represented its client, Silverstein Properties, in a lease expansion for Droga5, one of the nation's most innovative advertising agencies. The expansion includes 110,000 sq. feet of space and more than doubles the agency's space across 11 floors, making them the largest tenant at 120 Wall Street.
Droga5, a tenant since 2013, was named by leading industry trade publications, Advertising Age and Creativity, as "Agency of the Year" for 2016. The expansion of space will allow Droga5 to accommodate some of the 154 new jobs they expect to create as part of a grant they received in 2013 under the World Trade Center Job Creation & Retention Program.
