Arielle Wasserman is a litigation associate at Wilk Auslander, LLP. Her practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate. Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Arielle practiced in both real estate and construction litigation, where she focused on sophisticated construction transactions, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Arielle actively represented clients in state and federal court, as well as domestic and international arbitration.

Arielle was named one of the 2019 Outstanding and Next Generation of Women Builders by the Women Builder’s Council. Arielle has been published in the 2018 Lexpert/American lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, as well as by the American Bar Association.

Arielle graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017, where she was involved in the Osgoode Mediation Clinic and the Osgoode Business Society.

Arielle received her B.A. in English from York University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2018, and to the New York Bar in 2019.
