- A national developer, owner, and operator of urban retail projects of approximately 1.5 million square feet throughout the Northeast Corridor in the leasing of its entire portfolio.
- A hotel owner and management company, with a 15-hotel portfolio in the New York metropolitan area, in the leasing of all its retail operations and arrangement of its hotel contracts.
