Natalie Shkolnik is a partner at Wilk Auslander LLP. A member of the firm’s litigation department, Natalie regularly appears before federal and state trial and appellate courts on behalf of her clients. Natalie represents domestic and international clients in a wide array of complex commercial and securities litigation matters, including class action defense, governmental and regulatory investigations, and arbitrations. Her clients include public and private corporations in the United States and abroad, as well as hedge funds, large institutional banks, and high-profile individuals.

She also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, including before such bodies as the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority and the London Court of International Arbitration. Additionally, Natalie counsels and represents clients faced with investigation by entities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Attorney General of the State of New York, and the United States Senate Finance Committee.

Natalie has extensive experience in the area of complex, large-scale judgment enforcement litigation, with an emphasis on judgments arising from defaults on distressed debt. She regularly employs a multitude of legal mechanisms in order to recover assets in satisfying a judgment. Natalie has vast experience in judgment enforcement cases throughout the United States and abroad.

To help clients meet current e-discovery standards, Natalie assists them with developing and implementing document retention policies and with responding to discovery requests received in court, governmental, and regulatory proceedings. She often works directly with her clients’ technical personnel to coordinate the capture and retention of information.

Natalie graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1999 and from New York University in 1996. She became associated with Wilk Auslander LLP in 2002 and joined the firm’s partnership in 2010. She is fluent in Russian.
